Yoga, quite simply, is life. The most extraordinary science discoverd by mankind, yoga's methods cover all of our existence, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms. It is a lifestyle with the magic sauce to lasting contentment and happiness; by taking it beyond the mat you will start to not just 'do' yoga - as long as you are curious to go deeper, then the science of yoga provides you with clear guidance to wholeness, connectedness and unity.
In this 7 months course I teach creative home sequencing through the Yama's and Niyamas, the personal and social directives of yoga from the Yoga Sutra by Patanjali. The sutras from the 2nd century bee are the earliest extant yoga text, and their wisdom is surprisingly relevant in todays world.
You may be part of a thriving yoga community or practice online from your living room. You could be an experienced yogi or a beginner, think of yourself as spiritual or not.
If you are curious to experience more but are not interested in teaching yoga as a profession, then this course is for you.

Through understanding the social and moral conduct (Yamas and Nyamas), learn how to creatively sequence a home practice and dipping into meditation and mindfulness, you will truly, madly and deeply fall in love with yoga in a way you did not think is possible. We all seek happiness. Ultimately it always can be found within.

Why me?
As a senior yoga teacher and practicing yoga therapist, I have long come to realise that yoga is the foundation of my entire well-being. Combining it with Angelic Reiki and intuitive aromatherapy, there hasn't been a day in over 20 years for me without the practice of yoga and breathwork. It has guided me through every joy, pain and peril in life, and every time I return to the mat I feel at home.
Having studied with some of the greatest luminaries of our time, I observed over and over again that patients, no matter how serious their injuries, could return to inner calm and strength: a peaceful mind, spiritual freedom and deepest self-love are the foundation of success in every part of life, whether it requires healing or simply living.
I have worked 1:1 with people who had virtually every bone broken in an accident and taught at yoga festivals in front of 100 people. I worked with people are in remission, or were on their final cancer journey. Who were diagnosed with autism late in life and really struggled to find a strategy that allowed them to connect with family and friends. Yoga really, quite unequivocally, is life and allows you to fall in love with yourself and the world, almost without noticing the shift. Whatever your journey, there is a yoga path for you.
